We understand that purchasing a solar thermal system is a significant investment and we are utterly opposed to hard-sell techniques. We will tell you if we think your property is unsuitable for solar and we won't expect you to sign on the dotted line there and then. Instead we will leave the information with you to consider in your own time.

All of our installers either hold the BPEC solar thermal qualification or have had specific training on the system we will install for you and they are fully insured.

Upon commission of the system you will be given a Certificate of Fitness detailing all pre-commission checks and ensuring they have been carried out in accordance with Pure Solar’s rigorous quality control. We will also carry out a Satisfaction Survey 3 months after the installation to ensure you are happy with how the system is working.

All of our work is fully guaranteed for 12 months and includes a no-quibble repair and replacement service of faulty equipment or workmanship.

Our systems are remarkably maintenance-light but every 4 years, if you so wish, we will carry out a full system check to ensure the system pressure is correct, renew the antifreeze and check the pipework, pumps and valves. We currently charge just £95 for this.
